[Moderately early in the morning, because even tempersword and regeneratory are aware that nobody else tends to get up as early as them.

So you'll probably see one or the other around the neutral hallways and the North Wing, trying to find the recipients for their gifts (though Kanda has a noticeable amount more stuffed in his arms). Also don't mind the poor wrapping job.

[Kanda with an armful of Christmas presents is actually quite an adorable sight though Lavi would (probably) never admit it out loud. He takes a moment to just be all teary-eyed and how proud of how his little Kanda-chan had grown up before he comes bouncing over to block his path]

[Lavi currently is decked out in one Santa hat and has a Santa-esque bag for present carrying. Much more efficient then trying to hold on to all of them]

Kanda~ I have a couple more things to add to that present stack. You can consider it part of your training.

[Comes to a stop when Lavi bounds into his path, looking him over. What are you wearing?] Deliver your own presents.

[He is wearing Christmas cheer and Yuletide- something...]

But I am. I'm delivering them to you.

[And deliver he does, trying to add one medium sized box and something that looks like a poster wrapped up based on the shape and squishiness of the gift. The first gift has the word "PRACTICAL" scrawled on it in a thick black pen while the second one has "BECAUSE IT'S CHRISTMAS" written on it]

Merry Christmas.

[regeneratory]

[Ah, no! Fumbles to try take them with his hands full of other things.] Can't this wait?

[Don't worry. Lavi wouldn't make him drop his other presents. He just likes being a bit more teasing (read: annoying) with Kanda-chan more than the others]

It can.

[Taking back both boxes so Kanda is stabilized again]

Is there somewhere I can meet you later?

[regeneratory]

[Situates his gifts again.] My room. You know where it is, right?

[besomeothername]

[Reaches over to tap Kanda on the nose because there is nothing he can do about it right now]

I'll be there after lunch.

[regeneratory]

[Scrunches his nose.] Right.

[besomeothername]

[And after lunch, Lavi will show up on Kanda's door still dressed in one Santa hat but missing one giant bag of gifts. He just has the two he was trying to dump on Kanda earlier that day]

Oh Kanda! Room service is here.

[regeneratory]

[Opens the door and looks out at him, glancing up at the hat for a moment.

Opens the door the rest of the way so he can come in.]

[Takes it off and tries to put it on top of Kanda's head]

So, did you finish delivering everything?

[regeneratory]

[Holds up a small, rectangular gift. All except one, and guess who it's for.]

[Holds out his in return] You open one of your first.

[What will he choose: the "practical" one or the "because it's Christmas" one]

[Let's start with the practical one. Starts pulling the wrapping paper off.]

[Kanda probably doesn't remember paranoid!Yuu. The one who wouldn't eat anything but biscuits and slept on top of cabinets for fear of finding out where people slept. But Lavi does. Lavi does and remembers the kind of things that he found practical and important enough to look for in the Dressing Room]

[So have a somewhat large box labeled "Emergency Use Only" and packed tightly with things that Lavi thinks a Kanda would need:
- Bandages, gauze, and disinfectant for minor training injuries
- Oils for taking care of his sword (though seeing as Kanda's Crystal now, he doesn't know if they work)
- Small electric kettle for easy water boiling
- A few packs of instant soba and green tea
- Cheap and simple hair ties]

[It took a lot of self restraint to keep it to the practical things. A lot of self restraint]

[Opens the box to see what's inside, shifting through it. It really brings a question to the mind, though. Namely...]
