Pygmy who is perched on his shoulder squeaks happily. Kanda stuffs his hands inside his pocket leaning against the wall he peers over the crowd trying to find someone.]

[She walks up to him. Holding a medium sized box that's wrapped in red wrapping paper and a gold bow. Insanity is currently wearing a short simple white dress with a red cardigan. It's simple considering who she is. Smiling when she spots Pygmy she nods at Kanda.]

I'm surprised you dressed up.

[Fidgeting with the tie again. Dammit he hates this thing]

Ah. With these type of event one dresses up...but you...[Looking her up and down] look plain.

[Where's the ballroom dress? The high heels? And that other crap they put on. Pygmy looks at Insanity squeaking even more out of happiness.]
