[It's a silent, peaceful summer night here in the Dressing Room. You're tucked, safe and sound, into your bed (or couch, chair, floor, pool of vomit, rafter, stranger's front yard, etc., depending on your preferences and life choices.) Or perhaps you're not usually asleep at this hour, or you don't actually ever sleep at all - you still felt

The owner of the golden eyes gets to their feet, flicking briefly to red before they shine gold again. It's been a long time since he's had food fresh from the source, nothing but blood bags, warm but nothing he liked to eat.
The inmates in the other cells start to yell and scream as if they know the vampire's joy and Lavi might finally notice that the walls look like they're padded. The high window and door window both barred though the view slit on the door is closed.
There's a ~smile~ under those eyes, hair glinting silver as the figure steps into the moonlight. Allen in a straight-jacket without the scars that his face normally sports, pale from the lack of sun but ugly black burns from being hit by the sun.]
New guard opened the wrong door~ [Head tilt, neck crack, eyes going back to that red. He doesn't know you in this dream, doesn't know anyone from the DR.]

[Reaches up to rub the back of his head nervously]
So he did. Why don't I just go... call him, yeah. And we can get this mess all straightened out.
[Taking a step back away from Allen]

Oh so very bad~ You still have limits to set, at most he'll probably go insane vampire on him and feed though he might also awaken.
Head tilts the other way.] Oh no~ I do miss having company~
[You're the "guard" Lavi, after all, the hazing has been done before. Shove the new guy in the room with the vampire and watch him piss his pants.
But Allen also looks like he's had better days, so thin from hardly being fed. A way to restrain him further.
There's the subtle ripping of fabric and his arms are free. The inmates screaming more, banging on their doors and food tins, making Allen's head twitch from the noises.]
Though I'm afraid your visit won't last much longer~
[Suddenly there, right in front of him. Want him to feed or watch Neah awaken?]
Reply
Ever wonder if that's why company doesn't come calling?

Oh, you'd rather the vampire, believe me. The lions would kill you. Allen still has part of his humanity left after Neah got done with him.
Allen cups Lavi's cheek, thumb stroking the skin while his other hand rests flat against the door, keeping him from escape. Oh~ All that fear~ The adrenaline~ It's making his teeth ache in a way that they haven't in a long time.]
Oh that's easy~ [Fangs seem a bit longer now.] The other guards keep yanking you out just as I'm about to better meet your acquaintance~
[The hand on Lavi's cheek moves into his hair, tugging him down for a kiss as Allen tries to get his heart racing more. That lovely adrenaline, he wants more of it pumping for when he bites. Allen doesn't even make the kiss gentle, pushing his tongue into Lavi's mouth as he automatically deepens it and presses his body against the other's. He shivers a little, not having really felt another's warmth for a long time.]

[A very nervous chuckle as he tries to distract himself from all of that]
Smart gua-
[But the rest of what he was going to say is lost in the kiss. Lavi makes a little squeak when Allen forces his mouth open, flailing a bit before pressing the heel of his palm into the small of Allen's back for support]
[He makes a clumsy uncoordinated effort to return the kiss, this being the last thing he had expected from Allenpire. But it's not totally unwanted. Unconsciously, some of those fearful noises Lavi's body is making are going to subtly change to longing. It'd beem so long, so damn long since someone else had done this to him. Saw what that wanted and took it even if it wasn't for romantic purposes. Even Lavi tired of doing the chasing every once in a while]

Allen makes a small noise of encouragement at the hand on his back, nudging Lavi's tongue with his own until he starts kissing the vampire back.
Things changed at home for him, Lavi~ He now knows why his brother always stirred up his meals before biting~ Though, Allen would not be doing this to Lavi at home, too mindful of his brother and Yupunzel, plus he never saw the other in that light. And while he misses the spike of fear the ones belonging to longing are nice too. Allen presses closer against Lavi, missing and craving this kind of contact.
He pulls away enough to let Lavi get in a breath after a while, the hand in Lavi's hair now sliding down is chest slowly but before it gets to his waist the arm wraps around his back.]
They're not coming for you~

[His heart clenches at Allen's statement, like a scab that's been picked too early off of a fresh wound. You are pushing all the buttons today, bro. But Allen was right. They hadn't come back for him. Theyhad left him there. Always always always it seemed, Lavi was responsible for pulling himself together into something functional when he was about to fall apart. Because he was afraid, terrified of what they would think of him if they saw him at his worst, at his lowest. Of course, they aren't the prison guards that Allen is referring to, but Lavi's mind isn't interested in prison guards. He's not paying attention to the prison cell, how he's trapped against against a locked door and a hungry vampire, or even the lack of his Innocence]
[No, right now, Lavi's caught between a whirlwind of regret, anger, pain, and longing. Fear too, but that's barely a blip on the radar in light of his other emotions. The pull to coax Allen into a deeper kiss is warring with the desire to pull away. The result is a slight hiss of "quiet" as the fingers on Allen's back dig a little into his straight jacket]

But that's exactly the way that Allen as been left, will be left, Lavi won't be alone in it. Which is probably why they became such close friends in the first place, they knew the other's pain even before it was apparent in much more obvious ways. But Allen's worst had already been seen, many times, he didn't need to hide it so much as recover from showing it.
Allen growls a little at being told what to do, he hates it, being ordered around. He pulls from the kiss and is immediately rooting around for a good spot to bite on Lavi's neck, both of his arms wrapped around the redhead and keeping him close with surprising strength. It isn't much longer before he finds himself the perfect vein, licking and numbing Lavi's skin with a thorough lick. Biting perhaps a bit more harshly than he had before in Lavi's memory, but he was starved.]

[Well for a second or two anyway]
[Then Allen's arms are wrapping around him, holding him in place and sending a new wave of panic and fear though him. Ohgod, he can't move. Why can't he move? And where's Allen going? ...!! The panic is probably going off the charts now when he feels Allen's lips searching around his his neck. A cold seeping panic. There was a reason he always wore the scarf, even slept with it sometimes. It gave him a false sense of protection, that people couldn't touch his neck, hurt him there. Old, painful memories. It took a lot of trust for him to welcome people touching his neck, and a starving vampire who was currently overpowering him did not fall in that category]
Allen! [Flailing and trying to grip at Allen's hair and pull him away from feeding, though that's not really possible with his arms pinned to his sides like they are. But damn, he would if he could, giant gouge in his neck be damned!] Not here... Another- [Gritting his teeth] Somewhere else! Please...
[There was only one person who he'd let drink blood from his neck, and unfortunately, it's not this Allen]

Oh, he's not going far. But that's something that Allen doesn't even know normally, you sure he's one of those close friends? So many things that he doesn't know about Lavi when the other has him pretty much figured out as if he were transparent most of the time. And honestly he only gets a few mouthfuls before the blood pings something familiar in the recesses of his memory. Lavi's voice faltering and begging, the fear and panic.
Allen pulls his teeth from Lavi's neck and quickly closes the wounds up. And like that he's gone from Lavi's side, back in that corner and his arms wrapped over his own head as he peers at Lavi from behind his raised knees. He's still hungry but he won't feed more, not even if Lavi threatens him.
There's a quiet whimper, tears slipping down his cheeks silently.]
La-Lavi. I'm sorry. I-I'm... I'm so sorry. P-please just go. Leave.

[There's no way he would leave Allen like this. And yes, Lavi is certain that Allen is one of his close friends. He treasures him in his heart as someone who's never hurt him, let him down, and someone that he tries to check on regularly. As for not knowing a lot about Lavi, that is Lavi's fault. For being such a busybody with other people's lives, he rarely lets anyway inside to get a glimpse of him. There is so much even his twin doesn't know about him]
[Lavi crouches in front of Allen before leaning forward and trying to wrap his arms around Allen's shoulders. He tries to make his movements both slow and calm on the inside and out. He doesn't want Allen to disappear to somewhere in the room that he can't reach]
Allen. You have nothing to apologize for. It's fine, yeah. Everything's okay. So don't push me away.

Trying to keep it all a secret so when they go it's just all of them in you and none of you in them? A safeguard?]
It's not fine! Don't lie! I hurt you! Ju-just go! Please! I don't want to see them hurt you! [The guards, the ones that so easily overpower him when they come in force, pinning him down and binding him again. Shoving him in sunlight because they think it's funny he's so weak and sleepy, he can't fight them.
But it seems like Lavi's blood has woken another memory of Allen's. A memory just waiting for the moment when the vampire's guard is back down before it will swarm up.]

[But ah, if someone were to explain it to Lavi in those terms, he'd probably be more willing to open up to people. His reason for being closed as a clam is rather paranoid and simple. He's afraid of opening up to someone, revealing all his deep dark secrets and then getting a 'hn' in response. So he piecemeals it slowly out to his closest friends, waiting and watching for their reactions before daring to offer a little more. Like a breadcrumb trail really]
You scared me, yes. But you stopped. You didn't press it. [Reaches out to gently stroke Allen's hair. The little vamp is so weak and so tired. And those scars send a shiver down Lavi's spine. Danger to himself or not, there was no way Lavi could abandon him in this state] And I can't leave you behind. If I go, I'm taking you with me.

If it ever comes up in their next conversation, Allen not knowing anything about him, it will be brought up: "You know so much about me, it's not fair. At least tell me something, Lavi!" coupled with an irresistible Allen!pout. He would never 'hn' at Lavi, not even when he might happen to be ignoring or pushing the redhead away.
Whimpers.] Only because I remembered. [If he hadn't...Lavi certainly would only be able to sit against that door at the moment. He grips at Lavi's clothes, wanting him to stay but:] I can't. It's not safe out there. They know. They know what I am. [Hair stroking gets him to relax for a moment into him and Neah gathers himself inside Allen's head, the vampire's shadow on the wall growing darker if that was possible as he starts to impress himself on the other's personality.]

[Allen pouts are pretty irresistible. Lavi seems to melt at the twins' anyway. And he doesn't doubt that Allen would listen and care. But the poor bb vamp has so much on his plate too deal with. And Lavi has some potentially dark secrets he likes to keep out of the light. He tends to err on the side of caution when it comes to himself]
And I know who you are, too. Allen, my good friend, who helped me explore the Dressing Room, yeah. Who gave me pages full of wonderful adventures that I get to keep with me forever. I don't care about the guards and what they think they can do. I'll find a way to protect you.
[Watching the shadow, but the place is rather dark. Maybe his eye is just playing tricks on him. He'll just ignore it for now, concentrating on calming Allen down and how the hell is he supposed to get to his Innocence. That would be very useful]
