[Allen's sitting outside in one of the fall courtyards, a few leaves in his hair. He's been out here for quite a while, long enough to have the fire in the firepit that he started to have crumbled down to glowing embers

[He stopped by earlier today. An hour or so ago, and he's a bit worried that Allen is still here, staring at that same firepit. But at least this time, Lavi's prepared]

[He plops down next to Allen with a bag of marshmallows and two fallen bits of tree branch]

Did I miss the party?

[Since the courtyard is a fall one he isn't really worried about the sun rising anytime soon. He wrinkles his nose a little at the smell of the marshmallows, they even smell too sweet.]

What party is that, Lavi?

Are you saying there wasn't a party? [Pointing to the fire pit]

What was this for?

It's cool out here. [And he likes the way it smells, burnt wood.]

[Slips off his jacket and tries to offer it to Allen]

It is. But a nice kind of cool, don't you think?

[Shakes his head, he doesn't really feel the cold anymore, remember? But doesn't mean he can't faintly notice it.]

It's why I started the fire, in case someone came out... [Always thinking of others.]

Oh, so you were looking for someone to join you?

Not really, but humans are curious anyway.

[Lavi's never really heard him distinguish between the races so clearly. Most of the time, Lavi doesn't even notice that his exploring buddy is even a vampire]

[He hasn't before Neah really and it takes him a moment to realize his mistake. Humming softly as he leans his head against Lavi's shoulder.]

Everyone here is curious, Lavi.

Allen... is everything all right?

[bloodyscore]

[Makes a curious sound, hearing Lavi's confusion.] I'm fine, I just... I miss my Lavi.

It hasn't gotten any better?

[Reaching to pull Allen into a hug]

[Leaning into it, mindful of all those new scents.] A little bit, it still hurts.

[He's been picking flowers like a madman. Lavi probably has all sort of weird scents on him right now]

I know. Is there anything I can do?

[bloodyscore]

[He likes it, all the flowers without the overbearing power of pollen to make him sneeze. Nose pressed right into his shoulder.]

I'll be fine in a little, Lavi. Honest. [He does want to spend some time with his twin, hasn't lately.]
