Damn it... Not again.
[Wisely is laying in the middle of a hall in one of the neutral wings. Yes, he's just laying in the middle of the hall. He's frustrated and he doesn't know what to do. He won't be going back to the South wing any time soon.
The reason why? He's lost his Noah powers. Or, more specifically, they've been sealed. Again. He can't read minds or control thoughts. He can't use someone's brain to make them move like a doll. He's powerless. He feels useless and unsure of himself.]
Why does this happen to me?
[Feel free to kick him out of the way for lying in the hallway. Or, you know, talk to him. Just know that he won't be giving off really strong Noah pings. In fact, unless you really concentrate, he won't be giving off any pings at all. He just seems like a normal human...with an eye in the middle of his forehead.]
