[She smiles when she sees him, despite the effects of the cherry tea. And those effects tell her that it's extremely magnanimous and kind of her to greet him this nicely, even despite him obviously being such a lesser person than her.]
Kanda! It's wonderful to see you. But what's with that expression? Aren't you going to say hello?
[Well, he knew that she would be around somewhere in the Dressing Room, but for all the months he's spent here he hasn't really...seen her. So yes, this is a surprise for him.]
[He's the first Kanda she's met, too. She ought to be openly delighted, but in her current tea-addled state she thinks that acting the way she feels would be far too undignified for someone as superior as her. But even the tea can't stop her face glowing with a genuinely happy smile.]
[He ought to be happy. He ought to be jumping for joy at seeing her, she's sure. But since he's Kanda, she'll make an allowance for him, because she's just generous like that. She gives a small giggle.]
Oh, you silly! The first time seeing the wonderful, perfect me in a while, and that's all you can say? You really know how to understate things.
Yes, it must be. [She nods] I'm sure you must be feeling a lot better now I'm here! Won't you try some of the tea? It's delicious, and has my seal of approval. As you know, if I say something is delicious, you can rely on that.

[She gives a self-satisfied look, and takes another sip of her cherry tea.]
