[It was a good guess anyway. She glances at the smashed bottle and then gives Lavi a disapproving-slash-concerned look, coming over so she can toe a piece of glass.] Fine because you're drunk?

[Does his best to articulate his words properly, but... It's not really working.]

'M not drunk. Jus' a bit tipsy.

[Peers in worriedly, but some of it goes away upon seeing that for the most part Bookman looks alright. Still, Mattias takes a careful step in.]

Jus' peachy. [You'll have to forgive the sarcasm; his sour mood makes it worse.]

[Mattias deals with Kanda regularly, it doesn't phase him anymore. Just huffs in an unbelieving way and steps into the room, moving to pick the bottle up off the floor.]

Right, 'nd I'm the Queen.

[Sets it down lightly on the counter.]

[Takes the bottle and swigs it back, spluttering some from the burn down his throat.]

[A hand catches the bottle and sets it back up on the counter. Allison comes into view from the other side of the counter.]

Want me to start pouring since you don't look like you can? [Won't ask what his issue is for now.]

[Give him a moment to process what she actually said, before he nods.]

[She'll pour him that shot of brandy and slide it down to him.] I wouldn't suggest eating till you're sober. However many days down the road that is unless it is greasy pizza.

Y'got no faith in me. [He downs the shot.] That, 'r my stomach.

[The bottle is caught, and set back up on the counter.]

[Takes him a moment to realize this.] ...thanks.

Don't mention it. [He's had quite a few days like this, he won't judge him for it.]

[Grabs the bottle, and is about to take a swig from it before offering it to the other.]

Glances at Bookman and then picks up the bottle, putting it back on the counter.] Been here a while I take it?

[Drinking him under the table is not that hard to do, to be frank. But he'll welcome the company!]

An hour or two, mebbe.

[You gotta work on that, Bookman~ Grabbing something hard to drink and a glass to pour it into, moving to sit on the stool nearby.]

Seems like you've had your fair share already. [Pours out his cup and drains it almost right after.]
