More festive stuff

[Tis the season for laziness, although that's nothing new for most Tykis. After a long night of drinking and pacing, Tyki has found himself a nice spot to rest and doze a little. And that spot happens to be right in the way of where miss Eaze is decorating. So Tyki's become another spot for that pretty tinsel to hang

[She thinks he'll look good with some tinsel hanging from his toe now.]

[Yawns, toe twitching slightly. An eye cracks open, peering at her a little.]

[tinysilver]

[Falling compleeeeetely still when his toe twitches. And then moves to put some more on. There. Sparkly!]

[stardust_hobo]

[He does not know you, little miss. Not that he realizes, anyway. But he stays still, he's too lazy to fuss over the tinsel.]

[tinysilver]

[And now your ear needs some--oh. You're awake!]

[~grin~] Tyki!

[stardust_hobo]

[Blinks. He feels like he's missing something.]

I'm Tyki? Huh. For a moment I thought I was a tree.

[tinysilver]

[Little giggle, and she climbs up on his lap to drape some tinsel over his ear.]

[:D]

[This is weirdly, weirdly familiar.]

Oi. Don't you think you could find a better tree to decorate? I'm kind of a scrawny one.

[tinysilver]

[Well. Try to imagine if she had a surgical mask. She threw hers away the moment she realized she wasn't crawling through coal mines in this place.]

The tree's too high.

[Sure enough, if he looks over her shoulder, he'll probably see a Christmas tree in which the bottom four feet is covered in tinsel.]

[stardust_hobo]

[His expression softens after a moment. He knows those eyes, and those expressions.]

I'd offer to hold you up to reach the higher branches, but then I'd mess up all this hard work.

[He blows slightly on some of the tinsel, making it move just a little.]

[tinysilver]

[Watches the tinsel move a bit with wide eyes, the focuses on Tyki.]

But all of the tree needs to be shiney...

I'll get you up there, if you don't mind having to decorate me again.

[tinysilver]

[Shakes her head, enough to send a few tousled ringlets to hit her face. Nope! She doesn't mind.]

[stardust_hobo]

[He'll be getting up, then. Slowly, he's a little shaky like always. But he manages to pick her up, and hold her so she can reach the higher branches.]

[tinysilver]

Don't drop!

[At least she's smaller and lighter, and therefore easier to pick up; if a little squirmy and possibly a little more ticklish. But she's happy to have a boost in order to tinsel the tree.]

Did you drink all the ale again?

[stardust_hobo]

I won't.

[As long as she doesn't squirm too much they'll be okay.]

Every bit of it. I should be ashamed of myself, shouldn't I? [Laughs a little.]
