[The demon's lying down on a couch, and for once, he's baby-free. He has his arm over his eyes, making it appear as though he's sleeping. However, one might notice the cuts that he has on his arms and torso that appear to be slowly healing.

Obviously, he needs to be bothered.]

[Lingering by the doorway. He smells blood. Doesn't want to get too close - Hobollen's self control is pretty decent for a newborn, but he's not brilliant with it.

Won't speak up until Blake does, though, instead staying silent.]

How long're ya planning ta stay by the doorway, Allen?

[Tilting his head, in a way that's so obvious that he's listening. Trying to tell how bad the damage is without using his nose to see how old the smell of blood is, to see how much pain he might be in.. things like that.]

Got myself involved with someone I was trying ta avoid.

[Pausing briefly, his gaze drifting up to the ceiling. Damn it. Why can't you heal as quickly as a Noah can? The blood is getting to him, and he has to breathe before he speaks. Though he does his best to ignore it by breathing through his mouth - can't smell it quite as much.]

Think you need to go to the clinic?

It's fine. [He heals quickly, but there's holy water in them. It slows down the healing process]

You aren't healing fast enough.

Only if ya get closer and shut the door.

[Of course. Of course. Jerk.] Don't expect me to say much. I don't have that kind of control. [Not when he's hungry.

[He's not saying to get too close. But, Blake's sitting up and rubs the back of his neck.]

Avari was threatened by some insane version o' me.

[Why do you think he was staying by the door? Moving closer in general was a bad idea. But his eyes narrow at the statement, almost bristling, before he tilts his head slightly. Go on. He knows there's more to it than that.]

You should have just killed him.

I did once. But it's hard ta kill someone who's somewhat like a demon as well.

Letting him do experiments on you was stupid. [Growling, just a little.] It just gives him an advantage.
