[There's Lavi near the doorway and he's watching Kanda.]

[He doesn't notice him at first, he's too busy running around. He's really in a good mood right now.]

[That's fine with him. Lavi's content on watching him play.]

[He doesn't take notice of him at all for a while. Until a leaf that he's chasing comes close to Lavi, and he nearly runs into him.]

[She takes a seat on a stone bench close by and watches him. She left Jonathan back with Tyki so she had a little free time.]

[He's really in a good mood, catching only the brightest and largest of leaves. What will he do with them? He's certainly got something planned.]

[She just watches him, not wanting to disturb his creative process.]

[He finally has a large enough pile, so he plops down unceremoniously and starts working. He's twisting them, and wrapping them around each other.]

[Not gonna lie, it's a nice thing to watch.]

[He really does seem happy right now, and he's all over the place as he gathers leaves.]

[Good. Kids need to be happy, not miserable like he was.]

[He's had his time to suffer, and hurt. This place is like a second chance for him. It's easier to be happy here.]

[Running around still, not really realizing that she's there.]

(It's a peaceful sight, and pleasant to watch. Especially since it seems that this little Kanda is happy.)

[He is pretty happy, running around, and jumping up to catch some leaves after a bit.]

[Lavi chuckles softly, leaning in the open window to watch the young boy out in the courtyard. Never got to see Kanda little before.]

[Running around still, snatching up leaves! And since he doesn't see anyone around, he jumps in another leaf pile.]

[That gets more of a laugh out of him as he keeps watching. So cute. Kinda wants to go out and join him but he's got a few issues.]

[A head pops out from the leaf-pile with wide eyes, he hadn't realized Lavi was there until he laughed. And he's looking around now, trying to find the person who's spying on him.]
