[A kitchen door is open, with a foul burnt scent coming out of it. Inside of it, pots and pans are piled up in a stack on the counter, all of them coated with burnt on food. Cartons of egg shells, packages that once held meat, and empty spice containers litter the table, signs of what was wasted in the attempt to make a hot cooked meal. And the mess just gets bigger as Kanda adds rice, meat and eggs to another pan. He curses suddenly, as the pan catches on fire from the oil sliding down the side. And a string of curses follows after that as he dumps the pan into the sink, and tries to put out the fire.
