[Just going to watch the kid for a few minutes from beneath his hat before it dawns on him who and what she is.]

[And that those "logs" are taking an interest in her as well.]

[Utterly and totally oblivious to the "logs". Just managed to snatch a really big bullfrog, and, you know, bullfrogs are really entertaining.]

[Crap. He checks his hat and whip, tucks the gun away, and starts climbing down the tree rapidly. Not a good idea to use his powers right now, but. Not going to shoot towards Eaze. Not with his aim.]

[Eaze knows that voice anywhere. Anywhere. She turns in his direction and BEAMS up at him.]

Tyki~! [Dropping the frog and skipping toward!]

[Right, scooping her up and calmly, but rather hurriedly, striding along the landbar for the little dock.]

My my, look at you. When did you get here?

Yesterday! [Beaming so hard right now, yes. This is a Tyki who's not going to make her wash her hands - sh-she hopes - or has weird ears.] You've been gone a long time!

[Holds her treasure up. Still have it!]

[Heavens no, wash her hands? That's fancytalk. Never fear hobo brosis, for he won't do anything so parent-y.]

[Hopping up onto the dock--no door. How did she get in? Well, there's a boat there at least. He sets her down in it and starts untying it.]

How are you liking the place? [He absently ruffles her hair at the display of treasure. Good kid.]

[She hopes he wouldn't! Eaze wasn't sure what to make of it D=]

It's big. [Watches intently as he unties the boat, at least until she notices the moving logs. And then she's watching them with wide-eyed curiosity.] There are cat-people here.

[He spends more time than he should trying to figure out how to turn on the motor. Oh. Pull the string. He grabs the side of the boat as they start off, watching the alligators narrowly. No eating his hobosis.]

Oh ho, you've met them already? Which ones?

[Eaze settles at the edge of the boat, watching the murk pass by as the boat starts away. Scared of alligators? Never. Tyki wouldn't let anything happen to her <3]

[Of course he wouldn't. He'd just rather not have to figure out how to actually aim and shoot at the last minute. It was awkward enough trying to explain his powers to his own Eaze.]

Lenalee~ she was little, like a mouse.

[Kind of beaming at that too, and looking, for all intents and purposes, like she wants to skim her fingers along the surface of the water.]

[Going to distract her fingers than, by plopping the hat on her head.]

You could say it's been interrupted.

This big. [She is holding her thumb and forefinger apart, to about the size of a mouse, but it's the hand that's stretching for the water... at least until the hat is on her head, and she sits up straight again, smiling enough to make her nose wrinkle.]

That's quite tiny. [Tyki agrees, leaning back and steering the boat through the roots and byways.]
