[The dressingroom can be cruel, or kind. Today, it's being a little bit sweeter than usual to Cross. His family is still back in their home world, but he's been granted some home videos. And it's a warm reminder of what he's lost. He's watching it on the biggest screen that he could find, with the volume high, and he's enjoying every moment of it.

[One of the last people he wants to come across right now is a Cross, and he was going to leave once he saw who was in this room... but he sort of got distracted by whatever the hell is playing on the TV. So now he's just standing there, not entirely sure what it is he's watching.]

[Though the little Timcanpy on his head is staring right at Cross.]

[Looks back for a moment to see who's there, and then goes back to watching a tiny Allen chasing a puppy.]

[He looks away from the screen and at Cross after a moment.]

What is this?

Home videos. They just showed up today.

[meansprout]

Home what?

[not_a_vontrapp]

Home videos. Just what I said.

[mean_sprout]

I've never heard of that. Why are you watching it?

[not_a_vontrapp]

Because it has people in it that aren't here with me. It's nice to be nostalgic once in a while.

[mean_sprout]

[He pauses.] ...Your family?

[not_a_vontrapp]

Yeah. They're back home, and I'm getting a vacation.

[meansprout]

That's how the Dressing Room works.

[not_a_vontrapp]

Whatever. It's annoying.

[Eyes are back on the screen again.]

[meansprout]

I know.

[He's watching it again, too. He finds it bizarre, but kind of fascinating.]

[not_a_vontrapp]

Don't we all.

[It's picnic time in the scene now. All of the children of the family are sprawled out on a blanket, waiting for food to be passed out. They really do seem happy.]

[meansprout]

[Since they're so young, he only recognizes a few of them. But dang, that's a lot of happy kids. Allen just frowns at the screen.]

...They're all yours?

[not_a_vontrapp]

[The camera pans shakily to Cross setting up plates, while the children talk amongst themselves. He glares at the camera, and the person holding it goes on about How cute his little family is for a while.]

Yeah, they are. Some are my step-kids, but they're mine.
