[ what's this?  From a kitchen in the neutral part of the Dressing Room comes the aroma of . . . spices.  Baking, perhaps?  It does smell pretty good.  Maybe you happened upon a Link in his natural habitat.

However, if you tend to follow your nose, then you will come upon, indeed, someone baking - a Lenalee, attempting to make something like this,

[CAKE! Hi, have a Lavi sitting at your counter, picking up the jar of cinnamon and looking at it curiously]

Someone's busy.

[ yes, cake. Looks up at you, smiling and putting the spoon back down into the bowl ] It'd be boring if I wasn't, Lavi.

[Rests his chin in his hand, grinning and stacking various bottles and boxes on top of each other]

So what's the special occasion?

[ mixing and adding some more sugar. You can never have enough sugar ] Nothing, really. I just felt like making something nice today.

[ Cakecakecakecakecake. Alice will just poke her nose in and stare. ]

[ and after a long while of mixing various items together and taste-testing, Lenalee will finally look up and notice Alice standing in the doorway. And blink. And stare a little bit before smiling ] Ah, hello. Is there something you need?

Oh, not really. What are you making?

[ Because it smells good. Also she's looking at Lenalee trying to figure out if she should know her. ]

Cinnamon cake. It's my first time making it, so I'm hoping I don't mess anything up. [ it does, doesn't it? Cake-mixing here, trying to follow the instructions ]

[Leaning in the entrance of the kitchen and watching Lenalee; though, it doesn't really look like he's watching her.]

[ notices this, and while it worries her a bit, she still smiles at him ] Hello, Lavi.

Lenalee. [Nods his head in acknowledgment] What kind of caking are you baking?

Cinnamon cake. I hope it turns out alright, I'm not quite sure I'm following the directions correctly. [ laughs a little bit, tapping some more sugar into the bowl ]
