[ocean~ familiar scent of the sea is what drew this Allen to this particular room in the DR, and he's pleasantly surprised by how empty the place is. not seeming to care about his own pants, he wanders over to the water, moving to stand in in up to his knees before he actually notices the slightly young Lavi.

in all honesty, he probably wouldn't recognize the guy, if the posture wasn't similar to the last (first?) time he'd run into him.

after a brief pause he lifts a hand to rub the back of his head. first beer, now cigarettes?]

[he almost smiles though, stumbling out of the water - Lavi will get a very nice view of him being caught off guard and nearly knocked over by a wave as he does so - and wandering over to plop down on the sand next to the red-head.]
