[ Mikk is currently making his rounds about the North Wing and neutral areas, in full uniform and carrying a satchel at his side, that looks like it's heavily-laden with something. He himself looks like he's headed somewhere in particular, and he checks various open doors as he goes, knocking on the locked ones.
He's a man on a mission, and it shows. ]
