Quietly walking over and gently shaking him, but making sure not to disturb the babe]

He grumps, of course, but opens his eye anyway. And then...sorry...staring.]

I'd ask if I was dreaming but you just woke me up.

And the staring does unnerve her a bit.]

Sorry, but I doubt that ya would want ta end up getting sick.

[Sorry, he's just...not come across a female version of himself yet. But he does remember his manners and looks down to look at Seren.]

I don't get sick. But she probably would have woken me up sooner or later, anyway.

[S-sob. She was looking forward to snoozing under that same tree. But he seems pretty content, and she doesn't want to bother him. Might hear the grass rustle under her feet as she turns to start away.]

[It starts to wake him up, but he's still snoozing. It's Seren that wakes and coos, reaching up to pat Lavi's face with a slightly loud noise.]

[J-just stopping and turning around at that. Kind of taken with the little thing. She's not going to make much of a move to get any closer at first, though.]
