[There's a Tyki in the hall, burning a pamphlet to light his cigarette. He inhales deeply and then leans back against the wall, watching people walk by at a distance.]

[This is ridiculous.]

[But then the flicker of surprise is gone and he approaches, don't mind his arm still in a cast.]

[He looks at the redhead. Is this the one he knows? It looks like it, but if he believes the pamphlet--and he doesn't--then it might not be. Then again he's seen three Lavis and two Walkers wander past. So the alternate to it being true is that he's dreaming or hallucinating.]

[The name does make him twitch his fingers, flicking the still smoldering pamphlet away as irritation ripples across his features than disappears. He looks the other over from the corner of his eyes.]

[Better to keep things simple, cautious. Test the waters, determine the Noah's mental state before anything else.]

[And there's a visibly-pregnant Kanda casting him a sideways look as she passes by, for once not wearing her coat.]

At the very least, make sure you put the fire out before you chuck it. The last thing this fucking place needs is a flash-flood, when it decides to put it out on its own.

[He watches her, too intently, the pamphlet still smoldering in his fingers. It's not that she's a female, or even pregnant, that bothers him. That she exists at all. That annoys him. Things aren't like they're supposed to be, and he's either hallucinating or the universe has gone mad.]

[He suspects it's the first though. Wouldn't be the first time he's had odd visions.]

...I'll keep that in mind.

[Her tracks slow a little, instinct telling her that he's watching her way too closely, and so she casts a look at him from over her shoulder.]

... think you're hallucinating?

[After all... that's the first thing she thought when she saw Alma.]

[Where did Rhode come? Out of thin air, really; gradually phasing into sight next to him and folding her hands in front of her. Have a curious look.]

[That's not a trick he's used to her using. In fact, she doesn't strike him as quite right over all. He smiles anyway, calm and removed, watching her behind the expression.]

This isn't your doing, is it?

I am afraid it's not. [She tilts her head to the side.] You've just arrived.

Arrived? If you want to call it that.

[He flicks the pamphlet away, though it's still smoldering.]

Hardly. [He flicks the smoldering pamphlet away.] What's going on, Road?

Well~, you didn't seem to believe that~ [nodding at the pamphlet] But I could make up a story about the place for you if you like!

[deadlytease]

Am I supposed to take it at face value? [He gives her a slightly wry look.] Go on then. What's your story?

[He glances up, looks Allen over, and goes back to concentrating on his cigarette. Definitely hallucinating.]
