[his Yuu-dar is going off, pauses in his song and turns to grin at the Kanda--oh this isn't one he's met before--and the grin turns a a bit more comforting]

That's me~! [slowly getting used to this, sadly enough. Trying to be gentle. Alma's an uncle! only you know, not.]

A long time. [nods, setting down the box in his arms] ...How... how are you.. in your world?

I'm alive, if that's what you want to know. [Eyes a couple toys, wondering if Aren and Yuu would like any of them.]

That's not a real answer. [but lets it drop, looking at the toys then glancing back with a smile] Do you wanna play?

[He figures that he might as well be somewhat honest. It's Alma, after all.] ...I'm fine. Busy, but fine. [Just. Stares.] ...You're joking, right?

['fine' is good, he's glad to hear one of his friends is doing okay.

grins] Nope~! C'mon, Yuu, you gotta come play! [digging out a ping pong paddle and a few jacks. He's no idea what to do with them, but hey there's plenty of time to learn, right?]

[He really can't complain too much. Outside of a scare or two, life is good for him. He's happier than most Kandas will ever be.]

Hmph! This is so stupid. [Sits down anyway, he might as well.]

Plops down on the ground with a laugh] What do we do with this stuff anyway? [makes to thunk Yuu's head with his rubber paddle]

Hell if I know. I don't keep these kind of toys around. [Glares, grabs the paddle, and thunks him right back.]
