[A tremor shakes a nearby courtyard, and the few rooms connected to it, the rumble from something heavy hitting the ground later following

[Heard it, felt it, didn't know what to make of it. Whatever it is, there's something surrounding this new fellow that makes the hair on he back of his neck stand - and he's not sure why. He can't be a Lavi without being curious, however, and so he's perched in a tree, protected by a thick cloak.
... those eyes.
Just going to pull the hood down a lot further over his face and watch.]
[Staring harder. That fall should have killed you. Why are you standing?
The only thing that Lavi can think to survive a fall like that would be... something either very demonic, or very divine. He's not happy with either choice.
He creeps to the branch below him - might be able to hear the leaves shuffle, if you're listening, but he remains absolutely still when he's comfortable again.]
...He hates me for making him look stupid, but...arcmugenFebruary 7 2010, 02:37:40 UTC
[But Lavi~ Kandas are nigh indestructible anyway~
He freezes mid-stance, ears peeled for whatever made the noise. Wouldn't do to be killed by a Fallen just after landing. His hands go for the pistols that fell with him.
They however, move away once several minutes pass. Keeping his hood up, Gabriel pushes himself off the ground, as if he was going into flight. Just ends up taking a tumble down on the ground. Cursing, heavily and in pain.]
Growling and coughing as he struggles to push himself up on his hands and knees. The crater isn't actually all that deep, maybe more of a depression in the earth about five inches or so.]
[ slightly startled not by the crash, but by your eyes - never seen eyes that bright before. Hidden by the shadows of a tree, she watches you, wary for the first time since she got here ]
[Aren't they pretty~? A lot nicer than those of the Fallen.
Gabriel can feel the eyes though, wary himself. Wouldn't due to get killed after falling.
Still, if you're not an immediate threat, just going to try and get to his feet. Ignoring the pain from his back that makes him hunch over again, gasping.]
[What can I say? Oxygen doesn't mix well with angels.
Stiffening at the voice. It's his own, but how? Might be trying to shift away from, but without his wings being there when he pushes back, Gabriel just falls on his ass.
Might be cursing again and rolling over.] Who the hell are you?

Lifting his head enough to look at Allen, confusion on his face, but it briefly flickers before being covered.]
You forgot yourself, Amitiel...? [Not buying that Allen bit, not yet.]
Our eyes are always like this... [A bit of pain hits and Gabriel bows over his lap, arms around his middle. Trying to block it, give him a moment.]

You would to best to reveal yourself, whoever you are. [His gaze starts to sweep around the courtyard. There's no real threat from him just yet...]

Gabriel stares at the feet at first, not looking up as pain decides to hit him as he was pushing to his own feet. Coughing enough to hack up a lung.]

[Tyki's peering up at the sky as if trying to see what the man fell from, before glancing down at the small crater.]

Groaning and holding his side, Gabriel tries to shift up.]
Great. A joker. [Coughing and gasping now as a barrage of pain hits.]

Oh hardly. Though I admit it'll be a bit of a laugh if you survived that fall only to choke on your own blood down here. Need a hand?

I won't die from something as small as that. And yes.
