The South Ballroom is again decorated accordingly, with the greatest Christmas finery the Dressing Room can provide. There are stars, there is even mistletoe (not cursed: this mistletoe is, luckily, only a decoration), and a great tree dressed in gold and silver and twinkling lights

[Dressed in a formal black dress suit with a swallowtail coat - but no top hat - Robin is standing close to the wall, watching the people on the dance floor with a slightly wistful look on her face.]

Those really are nice dresses.

[Lenalee approaches her, dressed in a green gown, a smile on her face.]

You look great.

Ah, thank you! [she smiles back, with a little blush] Lenalee, you look wonderful. That dress suits you very well.

[Tugging nervously at it, a slight blush creeping on her cheeks, too] Thanks... I feel somehow exposed, though.

Ball dresses are like that, aren't they? Not very practical...but pretty.

That, and it's been ages since I wore any kind of dress.

[she gives a little smile] If you don't mind me asking, how long ago was that for you? Ah - but that's a silly question. Sorry.

[She shakes her head] No, I don't mind. I think it was... two years ago, maybe? That's when we had to leave. Ever since then, I've been "Lean".

For a whole two years. And even so, you managed not to slip up. That's impressive!

I- Thank you, I guess. It was easy to get used to, actually. I mean, none of us wanted to die.

...Sorry, Lenalee. It's an event like this where we're here to have fun, and I'm talking about such serious things. [she gives her an apologetic look]

Ah. Have you seen the food tables yet? They have so many types of snack.

[She smiles in return, seemingly not bothered] It's okay.

Mm, there were so many, I could only taste a few.

There really are! I'm going to see if I can try one of each.

Would...you like to dance for a while? The people over there look like they're enjoying it.

[Se blinks, then smiles and curtsies slightly. She's getting used to wearing this thing.] I'd love to.

[she smiles, and gives a small bow in return] I'm afraid I don't know much about dancing, but not everyone here does, and they're still having fun. So...
