The South Ballroom is again decorated accordingly, with the greatest Christmas finery the Dressing Room can provide. There are stars, there is even mistletoe (not cursed: this mistletoe is, luckily, only a decoration), and a great tree dressed in gold and silver and twinkling lights

[She does come closer, tiny gloved hands smoothing down her skirt.] Do you think I'll find someone to dance with me~?

I don't doubt it! A pretty thing like you, why- I'd be shocked if no one offered their hand to you~. [Reaches up to stroke her cheek with two fingers.]
