[strolling towards the Noah's Wing is what seems to be an Allen Walker.. his hair's a bit longer, but he's a spitting image of his twin brother. Alex is humming a random tune, apparently in a relatively good mood-- the vines with blossoming flowers sprouting out of the wall are a good indicator of that.
