*Alchemy!! This is very relevant to my interests, the sorcery bit of it he doesn't get but the alchemy has him curious and walking over to the experiment*

[She probably means the one with the clear liquid on the table behind her. This is a different sort of alchemy then you practice, but still.]

*Handing it over to her, more interested in the special new alchemy to really take notice of the fact that shitty Colonel's now a woman. Watch him freak later though.* What are you working on? Your alchemy looks different to mine.

[She takes it, pouring rather steadily into her mixture. She's not measuring, but her eyeballing seems precise, even though she's drunk. She'll find your hysterics amusing.]

Golems. Transmuting, somewhat. [She never taught her student any of this stuff so you get a mildly interested look.] What's yours like, boy?

Stuff like this. *Clapping his hands together and placing them on the table, transmutation light~ And there is a tiny wooden Allen chibi head thing popping up out of the table.* It's the manipulation and altering of matter using natural energy. You can use it to make better stuff than this though. *Clapping his hands again and returning the desk to normal.* How are you transmuting the golem?

[She smacks him upside the head on principle. Mainly because he's being more successful than she is, but also because if he can do stuff like that, making bobble heads of himself is just silly.]

[And she pours the bubbling liquid over the glowing mushrooms, picks up a mushroom with tongs and crushes it into a crystalline powder over the golem. Which starts to bulge oddly.]

No. Just trying to make them able to shift shape. [Not very successfully. She should be successful! She blames the dressing room, obviously it's fucking with her ability to do things right.]
