For Allens and others with cursed eyes: Why yes, he IS an Akuma, but since I can't remember if Allen ever met Cho, I don't know if there's any difference to the soul--and it IS Lavi's soul. He's a level three, so that soul is in pretty bad shape even if its better off then non-modified Akuma.
Basically, idk, it's open to interpretation, have fun. He'll probably just :| at you for a bit, unless you attack him.]
