THAT is a very complicated question in that it is ENTIRELY CIRCUMSTANTIAL and that he would react very differently for both scenarios.

If he found out, totally at random that Kanda was starting to return Lavi's feelings, Allen wouldn't really know what to do. But he'd feel incredibly threatened by her and likely resort to even more hostile behavior where she was involved, to the point that next time she took a swing at him over something stupid (like the thread about badges and underwear) he would probably not so much dodge as make a vampiric attempt at mauling her. And probably feel a little bit bad about it later. But not very much so.

If Lavi was the one to tell him that Kanda seemed to be returning his feelings, though, I think it would crush him a little bit. Not in a way that would be readily noticeable, because like hell he's getting upset over a bitch like her. But he'd do his best to probably start questioning Kanda and making sure she REALLY liked Lavi as opposed to MAYBE liking Lavi, which are obviously totally different things. And generally be sort of overprotective and snarky.

If Kanda and Lavi ultimately ended up together, though, Allen would back off. He'd avoid Kanda because he knows there's no way he'd have anything nice to say about her (in part because he wouldn't want to have anything nice to say to her), probably say very little if they did end up talking to each other, and... he wouldn't cause any problems. In fact, he would actively avoid causing problems. Because Allen cares for Lavi too, and he knows how much Lavi likes Kanda, and he wants Lavi to be happy. So if Lavi's happiness meant being with Kanda, he'd just stand back and watch from the sideliness.

That's not to say he would really get over Lavi, though. He'd probably move out of their room, because he's not sure their kind of situation can really work out if one of them is in a proper relationship, and... try to act as normal as possible around Lavi when they did see each other? Which would result in a boatload of Allensmiles and probably not work very well, but he gets points for trying, and would probably never confess to what was actually bothering him.

I think he could if the circumstances happened to be in her favor. While he does currently think Kanda's a completely coldhearted bitch (which is more his aggression showing than anything really based off of what he knows about her) he doesn't so much hate her as he hates what she represents. She's a threat to his current happiness, whether she means to be or not, and he despises her for that. If the situation were to change though, and Lavi were to get together with either of them (or anyone else, for that matter) Allen could probably get along with her pretty decently.

He doesn't want reasons to be nice to her or to get along, but it doesn't mean that he won't eventually get them.
