Like After!Allen, I thought it would be best I explain the differences in this Lenalee from how she is in canon.
First off, Lenalee and Komui have been hiding in China. Because they were on the run they only had each other to rely on. She learned how to be as good at machines as her brother to help him.
She wears clothing similar to a science officer of the Order and tends to carry around some tools in her coat.
Like Allen, she grew up well reaching 5'8 in height.
A lot of her mannerisms are the same but she tends to talk somewhat like her brother at times.
She's very careful with what she gives away unless she knows you.
Lastly everything she makes (food wise) contains no alcohol.
