See Tyki doesn't know all these factors! They really fail at heart to hearts. But he does still like her and care for her. She IS family to him, even if he doesn't always understand where she's coming from--that's not new. He doesn't always understand where a lot of people are coming from, it just surprises him a little from a version of himself. Except she's a girl, so he mostly chalks it up to WELL SHE IS A WOMAN, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FIGURE HER OUT? At the same time he doesn't feel the need to figure her out because, as I said, he likes her so even if she confuses him, he'll either get annoyed or shrug it off, or get annoyed and then shrug the annoyance off as "well idek man."

And yes, the physical/Joyd connection. He does miss that :< It's part of why he's just a touch more distant with her, because it feels a little strange to not have that any more, but it doesn't mean he thinks less of her for losing it. He just can't understand dealing with that, like with pleasurenomore it seems like something he'd really hate but knows she has to work with so he doesn't know what to do with it except kind of ignore that it's not there, if that makes sense.

As to the civilian thing, yes he can understand she was in a bad situation and he can sort of get the protecting herself and the kids. And also that Tyki he hates, well, her situation gave him a chance to kill the guy, so far consequence-free! Not really related but it helped his mood about the whole thing--the situation really pissed him off, to be honest. People don't fuck with his family, even if they happen to be his family.

The thing is, he thinks if she wanted to be a civilian and not a combatant, it'd be good for her, since she IS having a kid. And also, while he doesn't mind her being an Exorcist, it'd be a lie to say he wouldn't prefer she was neutral/not involved, because there's always potential for awkward in her having Innocence, and there's the conflict of REALLY WANTING TO KILL EXORCISTS and, well, his previous and continued feelings of her as family. So it's okay that she's an Exorcist! But it does make him a little wary of potential awkward, "I want to kill you" moments. Which is another reason why the mental assignment of civilian is kind of helpful for him, because then there's no conflict of interest.

If she does go for trying to get Joyd back he'll recommend a non-death route first, because, well, he's been formulating theories about the DR with Solo and he thinks it might be possible--plus he just doesn't want to see her die. Dying is uncool.
