Perfectly Imperfect
» They are called Perfect Humans in a world where humanity tries to separate the good from the bad to create a "perfect world". As they build armies to take out the Flawed Ones, they make experiments to create the ultimate Perfect Humans. Yu Kanda was a part of such an experiment, where they implanted the brains of deceased Perfect Humans into a Perfect Body that could not die, to create the ultimate force against the Flawed Ones. After the experiment's failure, Central keeps Kanda under close watch, and Lavi records him falling apart while struggling to keep the Perfect Humans who are far from perfect, whom he calls his friends, whole.
