This is wonderful! I adore that Draco was the one who had to 'make it work' and I like this version of Ginny immensely. Of course I did do a happy dance when Greg was signed first to the Quidditch team (lol). I enjoyed reading this story so so much. I haven't read D/G in ages and this was a lovely welcome back. *loves*

The banter between all of the characters, but especially Draco and Ginny, was on point. So funny! I loved this piece of conversation here:

Ginny clapped in excitement. "Yes! They look good together, don't they?"

Draco grimaced slightly. "That's going on the list of questions I wish I'd never been asked, right up there with, 'Draco, my boy, ever seen a Vanishing Cabinet?'"

"You don't have to be rude."

"Hello, Draco Malfoy," he said, extending his right hand. "Have we met?"

And Draco's "confession" speech here:

Draco took her face in his hands, guiding her so that her eyes were on his. "I'm sitting here right now, in front of your friends - who, incidentally are trying to pretend like they're not watching us and doing a bang up job at failing - telling you that you can have me." When she just blinked, he added, "So if you're interested, now would be a fantastic time to tell me."
was wonderful and heated, not too sappy ( ... )
