I didn't catch on right at the start that it was an AU, so for a little while, a bit hilariously so, I thought that McGonagall had changed career from teaching to consulting and had named the firm in honor of Dumbledore. XD

As an AU, it's very well crafted and pulled me right in. Much kudos for your creativity in how the events from canon are paralleled in this alternate universe such as with Fred's death. Your dialogue is great and your characterizations are on point - the characters ring very true with their canon versions, which as a reader of an AU setting, I definitely look for.

Another standout here is that you are able to portray the interactions between Draco and Ginny with such great tension. The charged atmosphere you convey in their scenes together is almost palpable. Great writing!
