Draco’s lips enveloped Ginny’s in a fiery kiss. His tongue snaked out to play tag with hers. His Quidditch hewn muscles pressed forward like a cage, trapping her soft curves within his embrace.
The kiss had caught them each by surprise, but both had easily succumbed to its magic. The swell of desire rising between them was just another venue for the passion that usually fueled their many quarrels.
Draco’s fingers explored the freckled skin of her lower back. Ginny’s small hands entangled within his white blonde hair. Together they were lost in the heat of the moment, this moment that had captured them both so thoroughly.
There was a very old saying; it said that there was a first time for everything. Draco had never found that to be truer than at this very moment. As he drifted away within the gravitational pull of Ginny’s kiss, Draco was most definitely glad for this specific first and hoped with all his heart that it wouldn’t be the last…
