And I've also heard since than (I'm not sure if it's just speculation though) that Chuck's reation is not to Dair, which doesn't surpise me too much (minus his reaction did look a bit like what it would be if he suddenly saw Blair kissing Dan). And I'm glad then that there's less chance of the Dair getting intereupted (I'd hoped that if Chuck had walked in, he'd be too shocked to do anything but sulk silently back into the elevator without Dair realizing he'd been there).
Hmmm interesting thought. It'd be cute to see them both falling for each other while in a fake relationship but trying to keep the other one from catching on.
Part of me wonders if Chuck's reaction to an eventual Dair relationship would be that he doesn't even take it seriously because he thinks Blair's just on rebound. Then when the relationship persists and he sees they actually like each other.... idk, then he schemes to break them up? (urggghhh) Because you're right, at this point I don't think he's ready to acknowledge that she'll end up with someone else. I hope he gets there someday though. I did like remorseful!Chuck from the very beginning of this season. Why couldn't he have stayed in Paris with Eva as a changed man? *sigh*
