The Bar has been haunting him.

All Puck wanted was some breakfast, really. That was all. Instead, he got a rose and a note-- ten apologies you might have more use for. The rose is now in the trilobyte tank; Puck is certain the little creatures will appreciate it. However, further attempts to obtain nourishment have only resulted in more ... well, stuff.

So it is that Puck slips into the nightclub, carrying with him a small box of chocolates, a box of macaroni and cheese, a matchbook, a pack of gum, a singing fish (don't ask), a tiny glass swan, and a marzipan rose. When he catches sight of Lilly (sitting with the twins, it does his heart good to see mother and children united even if she does look a little bewildered by the fact that they're still here), he makes a beeline for her.

Very, very cheerfully, "It is so good to see you up and about, darling."
