A young man enters, dressed in clothes that can only be called piratical. He's got the sword at his waist, a tricorne hat, the works -- and a rather amused sort of smirk, but he gives a lazy sort of bow.

"William Turner, captain of The Empress, at your service. Do I want to know what's happened to my ship?"

Typist: So, this is William

Kostya stops and stares at his entrance, obviously impressed. "Your ship?" he says, stupidly.

Will just grins, he enjoys making an entrance. "Yes. The Empress. I've heard it might be in the harbour, but haven't checked."

"There's a harbour?" Kostya's still staring, eyes a bit wide. "Why do you have a ship?"

[dreadpiratejr]

"It comes in handy for my line of work, y' might say."

[oilwithwater]

"What's your line of work?" Kostya looked curious and slightly hopeful.

[dreadpiratejr]

"Oh, I -- buy and I sell." This is not a small smirk, really. "Rum, mostly."

[oilwithwater]

"So you're a trader." Kostya smiles, amused. "I usually drink vodka, myself."

[dreadpiratejr]

"Of a sort, yes." He tips his hat up and gives Kostya a grin. "Rum's my drink of choice, 'cept when Jackie makes a face about it."

[oilwithwater]

"Jackie?" Kostya loves that hat, and he's clearly a bit of a fanboy here.

[dreadpiratejr]

"My sister. She ...doesn't enjoy my line 'f work all that much."
