*she enters, but she won't move far past the door -- just enough to find a wall to lean against, hands in the pockets of her brown leather jacket, surveying the room with a thorough, steady gaze* *she's a little taller than average, maybe three or four inches short of six feet, with darkish hair that falls just past her shoulders with a slight wave (there are traces of blonde dye in it, which help to bring out the rather distinctive ginger highlights); her eyes are a light, clear brown and her dress is casual (slim jeans, a black blouse, dark brown suede boots), but impeccable (even her nails are done in a pristine French manicure)*
*there's something in her expression that makes her look distant -- somewhat standoffish, maybe, or thinking about something completely different* *in truth, her entire attention is focused here, though it may not show -- the exceptionally careful observer may note the slight hint of danger lurking beneath the air of purposeful detachment (though she's very good at hiding it -- she's done her best to do so from her family for nearly two decades, after all)*
*once she's certain the room has been examined to her satisfaction (which will take a while, likely), she'll pause, likely long enough to give the impression that she's not saying anything -- then she'll give a slight, barely perceptible nod and speak levelly, almost dismissively* Deianeira Pendergast.
Typist: Diogenes/Violaspawn, part one -- raised as Aloysius/Violaspawn and would thus be known as such to everyone familiar with the Pendergasts.
