Hello, my ducklings. It is Angie, and I come carrying the Mod Squad account. This is mainly so that there is a central place for the crazies among us who do the tagging and the keeping track of everything to do so from and so that when I take over like this, I don't have to hijack Jacqueline's journal.
Anyway, the point of this post is more than to simply announce the creation of g2modsquad!
I have two reminders: one, if you haven't made an account on our Wiki, please do so as soon as possible! I'm shutting off account creation soon and it's just best if we're all created on there. It's an amazingly useful tool to keep track of everything you could want to know about G2 -- and if you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to contact the people listed on the page entitled The Game (which you have now lost). Two, please tag the posts! peridium and soloecal put a ton of work into our tags and they're really handy, not just for everyone else, but for you! Can't remember if, say, Charybdis has met Oracle? Why, just click on Dis's tag and see if you can find Oracle's there, too! It's very useful, that way, and it would be awesome if you could just, once you're done commenting, take the time to make a few clicks and tag the entry.
Also! I am considering drawing up a list of basic guidelines -- not rules -- to be posted on the Wiki and on the userinfo. What do you think people need to know about our game -- or, hey, do you think it's completely unnecessary? Let me know!
