i made something really good for dinner so i wanted to remember it.

so here's what i did, started with garlic, olive oil, and sundried tomatoes, let that simmer until fragrant and sunnies were plump, then i added clams (canned, drained, but reserved juice in a seperate cup). cooked until the clams were no longer pink, then i added fresh roma tomatoes (juiced) and white wine (just a splash). let that cook for about 5-10 minutes, then as the wine was evaporated i added fresh chopped parsley and some of the reserved clam juice (just enough to coat the bottom). and let that sit until the sauce was apparently simmering.

put that over fetuccini and voila! it was wonderful.
