How to Draw Nasroniala
Name: Nasroniala [also known as Nas -pronounced ‘Naz’]
Gender: Female
Type of Dragon: Western
Eyes: Black and has no visible pupils, but has a slight blue tinge (very dark blue) depending on lighting
Colors: Skin is something akin to a dolphin's. Main color is a light blue with a very slight violet tint [tint is optional]. Frill colors are pastel versions of the main body hue, and are very thin, hence some transperancy.
Head/Face: Snout is long and tapers to a point at the end. Her head is angular and sharp and a dramatic dip is visible beneath her skin, along the snout [on each side of her face] as if there were a long triangular hole in the bone [the skin starts to dip in front of the eye, getting shallower as it ends at the nostril ridge. Her eyes are -SLIGHTLY- larger than normal, but the slight size change is barely noticeable. She has two fangs about an inch back from where her jaw rim ends, followed by sharp carnivorous teeth varying in size, but generally getting smaller as they reach the back of her jaws. Tongue is long and slender, with a pinkish base, however, the last quarter of her tongue is an electric yellow (it takes another quarter of her tongue to fade from pink to yellow) that gives off a bit of its own light (only noticeable in dark places-like an anglerfish). The inside of her mouth is a light pink. Two long, very wavy black horns travel from the back of her head, and are roughly one-one and a half head lengths long. From jaw there is a five-pointed frill supported with black spines. The specific lengths can be seen in reference pictures [will be labeled as ‘good for cheek frill reference]. She also has a tiny three-pointed frill under her chin. Atop the tip of her snout there is a black spine, moderately small compared to the spines supporting her neck frill. Starting about halfway down her head a frill starts [about the area between her eyes], supported by more black spines. These spines get longer until just past the beginning of the neck, where they get smaller once more and the frill ends halfway down the full neck.

Body: Build is very slim, but still very muscular [lithe would be a good word to describe her build]. She is about 4.5 feet tall at the shoulder. A second frill starts on her back, above the hind legs. This one, like the first, starts on a small spine, then greatly lengthens and tapers off again about 1/5 of the way down the tail. Feet are draconic and have four toes, three in front and one “thumb” [hind feet have 5 toes: 4 in front, and one “dewclaw”]. Each toe bears a long sharp black talon. Also, along the chest is a tiny frill. [Is visible in first ref picture.] :: EDIT :: On the right side of her chest frill, there is a scar-like jagged white line. It goes from her lower chest, and ends between her forelegs. This scar is optional, really.
Wings: Wings are quite large and have sharp tips. Each wing has five struts [give or take: does not have to be specific], one being an elbow strut the other four jutting from her ‘wrist’. Also has a wing thumb on the wing wrist [a talon comes from that too]. The first strut is smaller than the others and has only one joint.. The elbow strut is considerably longer than the others, usually curling at her side when not in the air. The membrane is the same color as her frills, and is very thin and fragile. The edges of the membranes are tattered and torn, but there are NO holes in the body of the webbing.
Tail: Tail is long and ends in a whiplash, a small ‘fin’ adorning the tip, for she is mostly of the water element.
Accessories (clothing, jewelry, weapons, etc): None at the usual, but feel free to be creative.
Preferred environment: She prefers coastal dwellings and/or places very near water. She detests extremely hot weather, but enjoys warm summer breezes. She loves tropical areas too; humidity suits her.
Personality: She is impulsive, playful, and extremely energetic. She has been known to make idiotic decisions, but she would never hurt anyone she loves on purpose. She is mostly friendly, but is extremely protective, and can make judgments on others more quickly than would be suggested.
Anything else we should know: Only ‘special’ ability is being able to fly... I guess...
