Permissions: Erm. He's sort of entirely human. ...sort of. Anything else you want the public to know: Yuca Collabell is a reincarnating immortal and it's- kind of made him crazy? His only real desire is to die, and he's willing to do anything to do it (his goals in canon include murdering the entire human population so nobody can give birth to him again). With his immortality comes kind of a 'jack of all trades' mentality- he's mainly a biological scientist, but he's been a soldier, a doctor, an engineer, a hair stylist... etc.
B-but don't let that turn you off. His current facade is a very mellow priest, and he's pretty friendly if he thinks you can be useful to him. >>
He'll probably be verrrrry interested in the zombies though- something that comes back to life after it dies? Hell yes. So- idk what the permissions and things for those are, but he'd like to at least try and study one- probably buddy-buddy up with Kurotsuchi to do it, idk.

Permissions: His Xatu has the ability to simultaneously see into the past and future. I usually just wave this off in-game, but I guess if there's anything you wanted her to see, you can let me know? Anything else you want the public to know: Will is the BIGGEST DERP YOU CAN IMAGINE. He's also secretly a badass. idk either.

He can get close to the zombies, maybe even try to trap one -our scientists did and... that's how we're having this invasion in the first place
