Some people...are such dicks.
This morning I was grabbing a few things from my mothers office to take to my mother, who is currently in the hospital, and her phone rings. This man, Tony leaves a message stating the following: "Hello, this is Tony. I called a few days ago about renting the building you have listed in Walworth, but you never called me back. I'd really like to know, so if you could actually get back to me this time, I'd appreciate it. Thanks."
Well, Tony, you assclown, she's been in the hospital since the day after you called. So, I get pissed. So, I call assclown back. I get assclown's voicemail. I leave assclown a message.
"Hello Tony, this is Desiree Williams. I'm filling in for Mary Williams here at Court of Publishers. (Which is a total lie but I couldn't just be like, yo dickhead, this is her daughter). Ms. Williams has been hospitalized since you called, thus has not been able to return phone calls as of late. I'm so sorry for your inconvienance due to her severe illness. Feel free to call back and I can remedy this situation for you. Thank you"
And by remedy, I mean tell you that you're a dick and probably hang up. You know what really struck me though. According to his voicemail, the man is a priest. What kind of priest leaves such a rude message on someone's answering machine just because they haven't gotten back to him in like two days.
