Hello!
So I basically created this account for the soul purpose of joining the PKMNcollectors group. I did have an account on livejournal like forever ago but it was purged. I recently rediscovered my love for pokemon goods and this seems like a great place to get information, and buy/trade? to add to my collection. I am also excited to get to converse with people who love pokemon as much as I do and understand the obsession! I found the group while searching for pokemon merch on google. lol
A little about me: I'm 23F, most people call me Dezi. My absolute favorite pokemon are Vulpix, Espeon, and Mew. The pokemon I'm fucusing on in my collection are those three mentioned as well as Eevee, Leafeon, Pikachu, and maybe a few others depending on what cute merch I run into =).
WANTS: Vulpix, Mew, and Espeon plush and figures! I like plush and figures the most but I may be interested in other kind of merch I haven't decided yet.
I started collecting when pokemon first came to the states and I have a lot of missing figures and things still packed away from moving years ago. As I find all my items I'll be posting pics!
I do have some of my old figures/plush/cards and some of my new stuff around though! On to the pictures!
Pikachu! The plush on the right is newer, I bought it in December 2012 originally as a gift and then I kept it haha. The one on the left is one I have had probably since I was.... 10-12? O_O That seems like so long but I'm pretty sure it's accurate. I found the 3DS while looking for Soul Silver - I didn't even know it existed and when I saw it I HAD TO HAVE ONE. So I splurged and racked up my credit card to buy it. The small pikachu figures are also old, I think I've had them for forever (Except the one all the way on the left). The Vulpix strap I bought from Brian at Pokevault just to put on my Pikachu 3DS.
My old mini Tomy figures. The Raichu and Abra are the regular sized figures for size comparison. I used to visit an anime shop in Jersey like every week with my dad to get pokemon merch and to rent anime VHS. I miss the days when those shops were around.
Banpresto DX Plushes! I love these because they are so soft!
Pokemon center plush! I bought these both on amazon. The Espeon was from amazon directly but Leafeon was not. I'm concerned that Leafeon is a booty =/. I recently purchased another from a reliable source, so we'll see once it gets here how they compare!
Banpresto HQ Eevee! I got this one recently I love her so cute!
I bought the Jigglypuff plush from the Nintendo World in New York around the same time I bought my Vulpix canvas plush below. Nintendo world was disappointing to me, because there was not nearly enough pokemon merch for my liking. The straps are all from Brian at Pokevault, bought recently.
I bought the canvas plush off Ebay a few years ago. The Tomy plush with egg is from Brian at Pokevault.
I would love to have more Vulpix plushies and I'm so happy I have these! Especially because the canvas plush is so rare!
