Coolest and Most Evil Man I've heard of
Viktor Bout also referred to as the "Merchant of Death" is like a real life version of Nicolas Cage in Lord of War. Basically he escaped from the Soviet Union at the end of the Cold War with a ton of weapons and planes and shit and has since fueled several wars in Africa and the Middle East by trading said illegal weapons to both sides of those conflicts. This includes the current conflict between the US and Iraq. That's Right! While Clinton's office had tried to get rid of him the current US administration is allegedly a customer.
I first heard of the guy from the following Daily Show interview. According to Douglas Farah he also works in all around delivery. He's been hired by several major countries, the UN (for tsunami relief), FedEx, etc. He's only 40 and yet he has a Bond villain-esque amount of wealth and power but with more versatility.
