Next Year
So many plans.. if the plans work as i hope!.. i will be traveling:
Paris
Amsterdam
New york
Berlin
Tokyo
Paris and Amsterdam and cirtain happenings, as i will be having shows there.. Tokyo is where i hope to spend a few months at the end of next year descovering cool things and doing a personal lost in translation type adventure... New york i might be having a show... and berlin,, pending on how long it takes me to get the berlin map done... might be able to have a show too! but damn i have a massive list of things i want to achieve next year, amongst them is things like getting a paragliding licience, and possibly getting more advanced with the scuba diving!. bleh so much is swimming around my head, pure madness!.
SO!
next year will be massive in terms of being i hope the massive kickstart..
been able to live off of selling artworks, been getting a monthly amount of money from that for over a year now!. Not been saving due to the whole Berlin trip, but it was worth it!.
Gym
this is going amazingly well..
changed eating routine, and its a slow body change with all this work, which is a good thing, slow a steady is always better then a Crash diet, yoyo'ing is in no way good!
i was doing nearly an hour and a half 5 days a week in the gym.... and did a month of 45 min swimming after gym too!. getting about 30 mins cardio in the gym done... even did 80 mins cardio a few nights..
Ive Twice ran 9 miles out into the countryside and did not even find it difficult, the heart rate increase at the start is probably the hardest part of the run, need to warm up much more gradualy..
but countryside runs im finding fun, so will try and find others, getting some cross country type of running trainers hopefully if tomorrow i get paid.. also got a whole set of clothes to buy!
Berlin map is pissing me off some what due to how big of a task it is, im finding this begining of the design to be the hardest part.. ill find the groove soon, and all will be good!.
Thinking about going to ireland with Adam for newyears eve maybee even a week or so, pending on if adam can get enough work by then!. will wait and see, might even just drive to france, would be a lot easier, as there is a ferry at poole, might go to the swiss alps., anyway sooo many choices!. HA!
