Nov. 7th 1999...
Today is Becca's birthday.
She is SIX.
Riley and I took brownies and juice to her in her big school today. Riley got to sit with the big Kindergartners on the rug and sing Happy Birthday to Rebecca, and watch her get her birthday 'spankings'!
Meanwhile, Daddy took over birthday shopping for the first time EVER today. I am so proud. He did very well; and got her two good toys, and three great new books.
We had a medium sized Applebee's party, and a DQ Barbie cake, as I cleverly dumped a rotten egg into her cake mix hours before her party. Luckily, DQ came through and delivered a really nice, personalized icecream cake for her.
I am SO tired, and I'm looking at a very VERY busy week ahead, so I'm gonna go to sleep early.
