i have found potentially the best herbal (nicotine free) tobacco substitute yet.
Honeyrose Special Herbal Mixture is fucking rad, made of marshmallow & red clover leaves, soaked in apple juice & honey, but it doesn't taste like fucking flowers as so many of the others do. & it doesn't get you high. AND it only costs $18 for 50g (which is as much as you'd pay these days for 30g tobacco). so yep, i think my road to quitting just became a lot easier.
stoic stoic di is having a good stoic life right now. physical labour, travel, outside times, keeping on top of shit, blah blah blah.
though i am having some pretty intense anxiety issues to do with public speaking & what not, which is definitely affecting being a festival director, but am positive i can work thru it.
heavy heavy emotions but i will quash & quell them all too soon. i can't be fucked dealing with the Aches, unless they're from being stoic stoic stoic stoic.
