Everything turned out....
Just to let you guys know, everything turned out okay yesterday, though it was a tad bit ummmm...well okay so I didnt sleep the night before at all so I was tired as hell, we get there and me and the kids have to go into the states attorneys office for a few mins while we waited for court to start, we get up there and then I get called out of the room by the state attorney, who asked me if I wanted Mark dead *laughs* She offered to give him probation and classes which I was like well okay...They werent going to back off was basically what she was saying so I was just thinking that thatd keep my kids off the stand, so we go back in the court room and then I get yanked out again by Marks lawyer and the states attorney again and Marks lawyer was all, she forgot to ask you one important question...Did he do it?? I was like No he didnt, she was all auprised, but like I told the both of them if anyone had bothered to even ask me then theyd have known this already...she was all well looks like we did alot of work for nothing....again I told her that if anyone had even bothered to ask me then it wouldnt have been a problem...back into the court room again....get yanked out AGAIN by a guy working with the state, I assume her boss, needless to say he wasnt a happy camper, in fact he was downright rude and an asshole towards me...saying he could have me charged with filing a false report, well I said I didnt call the cops, he did...it said in the police report that I was in the background saying everything was fine and that they didnt need to come...so yeah he said that and I was like well, do what you need to do...he was all Its worth it to save his ass?? ( which pissed me off) so I was all, Im not saving his ass..Im telling the truth, which had anyone even bothered to ask me you wouldnt be here in the first place....this pissed him off and he made me raise my right hand and swear that I was telling the truth which I did, back in the court room we go...he didnt even bother opening the door for me, which was fine because whatever ya know?? Then he told the judge that they were dropping the case because * the witness is here and shes conveniently changed her story* he was just all kinds of pissed off.....anyways they dismissed us then paid us for coming, the kids got 5.00 and I got 7 something for gas and coming, which I just gave to Angie cause her and mom drove over to be there in case they went all crazy and such...I didnt know my mom was coming, Angie kept that from me so they could suprise me, was a REALLY cool suprise *nods*
So we got out of there, me and Angie ran the kids to school, mom rode with Mark, Angie saw her first hoochie mama at Katys school, this little gurl couldnt have been maybe 13 and she had on these heels and this short ass little skirt that if she bent over...well it would be impossible for her to bend over and this skimpy little top...can I just say thank GAWD Katy doesnt dress like that?? Not that shed make it out of the house looking like that mind you...I mean when me and Angie go out to the club, we dress kinda hoochie but nowhere NEAR that, that was more of the * prostitute on the corner* look....I just dont get why kids want to dress like that...
Anyways so we get home and mom and Angie cruise out so they dont hit traffic and it was just me and Mark...now you KNOW I was glad he didnt go away but I have to admit that I was getting used to being here by myself, I mean it was kinda nice actually. We got him all unpacked and since I was up all the night before I was dead tired and hungry as hell...I ran up to Checkers and got some chili cheese fries and a fish sandwich...the chili cheese fries were awesome, the fish sandwich didnt really mesh too well with them though..made my tummy all grumbly...I was kinda nodding off until I realized that it was time to get Steven, I ran and got him and then came in the bedroom and kicked Mark out...he'd been sleeping for awhile and I was like my turn dammit and I slept basically all day...until like 7, which I was suprised by the fact that Mark and Katy went grocery shopping and they were making dinner, yummy steak, baked potato and corn, yummmmmmy-ness.
So yeah, was a good day
Oh and Id forgotten what a bed hog Mark was...took up the whole damn bed *grmph* BUT he took Steven to school this morning so its okay...though he did have a blow up..Steven I mean, he went to do his hair and we couldnt find our gel, me thinks Angie may have taken it by accident but OMG what a way to wake up in the morning
Katys planning a Halloween party for Sunday, we're going to decorate her rooma nd the backyard, it should be pretty cool for her, shes just all kinds of excited about it. I still need to get a couple of pumpkins, with everything thats been going on I havent really decorated or anything but now that everything is basically back to normal hopefully everything else can too...I need to go shower, Ive got some running around to do and Im just being all lazy this morning.
