On Vox: sunday evening blues / anxiety combo anyone?

Quick trip to Austin on Friday, returned on Saturday.  Let me just surmise by saying that my friends are all awesome and beautiful people.  I’m f-ing lucky to know each and every one of them.  If I never make another friend in my life, I still win.

Anxiety in my throat.  For y’all with problems with anxiety - do you feel it in your throat?

My anxiety gets all up in my chest and stomach. I feel like malevolet energy just centers itself there. I get nervous-tummy. Sometimes my chest tightens and it hurts.... at the worst my hands clench up and are hard to move. Anxiety SUCKS. I had it yesterday too... took a xanex but felt weird all day. Sundays blow because I worry and worry about wasting time and then Monday coming upon me. Goddamn it when can we start a commune and give up on this screw ass rat race.

yep, throat and head anxiety... and i have a veritable swiss army knife of prescriptions to battle it, sometimes they help, sometimes not... and what's up with ho-ing it up over on Vox? :)

Seriously - I'm not a Vox-Snob, I just can't access LJ from work. I can access Vox and cross-post to LJ. I'm not defecting.

Medicine. I think (know) I need some. I probably also need some kind of cure for procrastination, as I don't make appointments with Doctors or go, or whatever. I'm the worst. I haven't been to a Doctor in probably 4 years. For anything.

I probably need a spanking.
