I'm moving into a nice 2/3 bedroom apt between 4th and Summit on Oakland. It's a green house, the third bedroom too small for another person--shall be turned into a workroom. It has laundry and a backyard and a porch. It is Green. GREEN. I have always wanted to live in a green house. I am within stalking distance of the infamous Taco Ninja.
