Fujida found innocent for sex scandal

Charges were dropped against Hideo Fujida for the crime against the Taikito family for the rape of their thirteen year old daughter. The conclusion was indecisive as the jury was presented with a lackluster testimony and even weaker evidence, courtesy of the findings being tampered with. Crime labs reported that their findings had been damaged when their building was broken into several days before the trial. No further word was given as their lawyer suggested against it.
Investigators had found a weak link between the captured burglars and Fujida's lawyer, but the investigation was also dropped.
Hideo Fujida's current background almost swayed the jury's decision. Currently divorced and dismissed from a job in a girls' private school, after several of the student body complained. No files were charged at that time, but the board of education let him go either way. Prior to the trial, he was tutoring Saki Taikito. Details on the occurrences have not yet been disclosed to the public. The Taikito family is greatly disappointed by the outcome of the trial.
